 WASHING RANGES

Open Width and combined Rope – cum – Open Width executions for washing – off printed fabrics, for developing dyed fabrics, washing mercerized fabrics etc. Working Width 1200-3000 mm.

Different ranges can be constructed with different modules, such as:

Super Jet Washer

Super Jet Washer : for efficient removal of unfixed colors.

Conveyor Washer : a spray washing system over extended time for softening & Swelling of gums. Ideal for reactive print washing.

Closed Washers : STN-15, STN-25, STN-25CP washing compartment units with or Without spray jets for washing of bleached, dyed or Mercerized fabrics.

Niagara Washer : Rope washing system with large fabric content and low Water contents. Ideal for after Print Washing & Tensionless Washing. Modified version suitable for Towels & knit fabrics.

Washing Range suitable for Towels & Knit fabrics.
